I've booked a return journey, do I need to confirm my booking the day before?
No, there's no need to confirm a return journey, just enjoy your stay and your driver will collect you at your booked pick-up point. Plus our system will resend email confirmation 24 hours before the pick-up time.
Who should I contact if I've left personal belongings in the vehicle?
We recommend contacting your driver directly using the number we sent you prior to pick-up. If you need further help, you can contact us and we'll try our best to reunite you with your belongings.
