The number of people I’m traveling with has changed. What should I do?
If you’re due to be picked up within the next 24 hours, please call us. We are be able to make this change, for you. If your pick-up time is more than 24 hours away, please cancel and rebook with the right vehicle type for your group.
Can I change the type of vehicle I’ve booked?
If you need a different type of vehicle, and your pick-up time is more than 24 hours away, please cancel and rebook with the right vehicle type. As you’re within the free cancellation period, you won’t be charged for canceling.
I can't access the ‘My booking’ section of your website.
Please check that you’ve entered the right email address and password. You can find your confirmation number on the email that was sent at the time of booking. If you still can’t access your booking, please contact us using our online contact form.
