Which vehicle should I book?
We have options for everyone from solo passengers to 14-people groups. If you’re traveling alone or as part of a small group, we recommend a Business Sedan, or luxury vehicle, which seats between 1 and 3 people. If you’re traveling in a group of up to 6 people, then we recommend our SUVs. If you traveling with 6 to 14 people, then choose our luxury vans. See Our Vehicles

Can I request a specific vehicle?
Not currently. But you can choose a category of vehicle, such as business sedan, luxury sedan, SUV or luxury van, and you're guaranteed a vehicle from that class.
Can I change the type of vehicle I’ve booked?
If you need a different type of vehicle, and your pick-up time is more than 24 hours away, please cancel and rebook with the right vehicle type. As you’re within the free cancellation period, you won’t be charged for canceling.
How much luggage can my chosen vehicle hold?

Can I book a return journey?

We recommend contacting your driver directly using the number we sent you prior to pick-up. If you need further help, you can contact us and we'll try our best to reunite you with your belongings.
