The driver will park the vehicle and meet you inside the terminal, by the baggage claim area. Give us your flight number when you book (or enter the airport you're flying from) and we'll adjust your pick-up time automatically if needed. Whether your flight is on-time, early, or late, we'll be there as scheduled and we'll wait up to 45 minutes after your flight arrival time - plenty of time for you to get through security and collect your bags.
