We recommend adding your ship name or arrival pier or dock number to the ‘Comments for your driver’ section when booking. This may help the driver find you if you have any issues on the day.
Be sure to give yourself enough time to get to your vehicle, as the ride includes 15 minutes of free waiting time from the pick-up time. Waiting time will added if any.

I’m traveling in a group, but we’re landing on different flights. How can I book this?
When booking, we’ll ask you to provide a flight number. Please add the one for the flight that is landing last. If one of the other flights are unexpectedly delayed, the driver will not be aware of this, and it may cause the driver to miss you.
