How can I get a receipt or invoice for my booking?

Your invoice will be sent to you via email approximately 24 hours after your ride has taken place. 

Single invoices are also available for download from your account on the website. Simply go to your past rides, select the ride you would like an invoice for, and then click “Download invoice”. If “Download invoice” is not available, it may be that the payment has not been processed yet. Once the payment has been processed, you will be notified via an email with the invoice attached as a PDF.

If you have a monthly invoice set up, your monthly invoices will be sent via email within the first 7 working days of each month.
